“When we decided to build our summer home in North Carolina, one of our concerns was that we would not be in Maggie Valley area during the construction. We have built several homes, but we were always nearby to check on things. We met with George a couple of times as we went through the planning phase. He totally put us at ease and we came away feeling very assured that indeed we would be kept in the loop. From the get-go, we felt we were in good hands. So much care was taken with the placement of our cottage on our lot to give us a fantastic view and that same care was taken with the construction, making us ever so pleased with the quality of our cottage. Carolyn took weekly pictures and put them on the web for us. It was such fun to check in and see just how the construction was going. Any of our concerns were met with positive and prompt response.
